ST Track Fit

ST Track is designed for most standard pontoon fencing with exposed square upper fence tubing up to 1.25 inches wide. ST is generally the correct choice when:

• The exposed square upper fence rail/tubing measures 1.25 inches wide or less
• The exterior fence sheathing ends below the top of the upper tubing
• Enough of the upper rail is exposed for the ST Track to properly fit around it
• The pontoon uses a compatible standard square-tube fence construction

If the exterior fence sheathing extends all the way to the top of the rail and makes the complete fence/rail assembly wider than 1.25 inches, you should generally choose TOONLOK AT Track instead. AT Track fits compatible wider fence assemblies more than 1.25 inches and up to approximately 1.5 inches wide and includes adjustable fit shims.

Boat manufacturer alone does not determine ST versus AT fit. Fence construction and actual overall width determine fit.

Cross-Compatible 3-Inch Marine Track System

TOONLOK uses a 3-inch-wide marine accessory track interface. TOONLOK ST Track accepts many accessories made for compatible 3-inch marine track systems, including compatible accessories from manufacturers such as Bert's Custom Tackle and Traxstech. Many TOONLOK track-mounted accessories can also be used with compatible 3-inch tracks from other manufacturers.

Compatibility depends on the dimensions and profile of the individual track and accessory and is not guaranteed with every product or model.

Installation

Test-fit both Track sections before installing or tightening any hardware. Confirm that each Track section fits properly around the fence assembly, sits correctly, and is not being unnecessarily forced, spread apart, or distorted.

The male and female interlocking ends align adjoining sections, allowing multiple 6-inch sections to form a continuous track. The interlocking connectors align the Track sections but do not replace the required mounting hardware. Each Track section must be independently secured using its included hardware.

Some pontoon models require drilling with a 1/4-inch drill bit, which is not included. Before drilling, inspect both sides of the fence for wiring, cables, and other obstructions. Do not overtighten mounting hardware. Review the TOONLOK Fit Guide and Installation Instructions before ordering or drilling.

Choose the Right TOONLOK Track

• ST Track: For most standard pontoon fencing with exposed square upper rail/tubing up to 1.25 inches wide.
• AT Track: For pontoon fencing where the sheeting extends all the way to the top of the rail and makes the overall fence assembly wider than 1.25 inches (1¼"). Fits compatible assemblies more than 1.25 inches and up to approximately 1.5 inches wide and includes adjustable fit shims.
• Surface Mount Track: For fishing boats and other marine applications with an appropriate flat mounting surface.
