TOONLOK™ Returns

This policy applies to ToonLok products sold directly by List Marine Solutions LLC. Proof of purchase may be required for returns or warranty service.
30-Day Return Policy
We want customers to be confident that they ordered the correct ToonLok product. Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price, subject to the terms below.
- Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- All originally included hardware and components must be returned with the product.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, including ordering the wrong model or changing their mind.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable on voluntary returns.
- If List Marine Solutions shipped the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it. We will provide an appropriate remedy and, when applicable, cover reasonable return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
