30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your ToonLok purchase. Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and uninstalled.
• The product must be undamaged and in resellable condition.
• All originally included hardware and components must be returned with the product.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary returns, including ordering the wrong product, selecting the wrong fitment, or changing their mind. Original shipping charges are not refundable on voluntary returns.

If List Marine Solutions shipped the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it. We will work with you to correct the issue and, when applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
