SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing ToonLok™ by List Marine Solutions LLC. We work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, new product launches, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

List Marine Solutions LLC cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@listmarinesolutions.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@listmarinesolutions.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to make it right.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package has not been delivered within the carrier's expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@listmarinesolutions.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help determine what happened and resolve the issue.
