That's why we're proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all TOONLOK and List Marine Solutions manufactured products.
We want our customers to purchase with confidence, knowing that if a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use, we'll stand behind it.
What This Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers
List Marine Solutions LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its TOONLOK and List Marine Solutions manufactured products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal, intended recreational use for the lifetime of the product.
This includes:
- Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail during normal, intended use.
- Structural cracking, breaking, or failure resulting from defective materials or workmanship.
- Premature product failure attributable to a manufacturing or material defect.
At our option, an eligible product will be repaired, replaced with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or otherwise remedied as required by applicable law.
Our commitment: If a covered product fails because of a defect, we'll make it right. We stand behind the products we manufacture.
What This Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, scratches, discoloration, or other deterioration that does not prevent normal use.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact, collision, improper storage, improper installation, or failure to follow installation or use instructions.
- Damage caused by over-tightening fasteners or hardware.
- Damage caused by modification, alteration, drilling, machining, heating, or other changes to the product, except where expressly instructed by List Marine Solutions.
- Damage caused by loads, forces, accessories, or applications beyond the product's intended use.
- Damage to boats, electronics, fishing equipment, accessories, personal property, or other products used with our products.
- Lost or missing products, hardware, or accessories.
- Commercial, rental, charter, competitive, or other unusually intensive use unless expressly approved in writing by List Marine Solutions.
Normal outdoor exposure, including sunlight and weather, does not automatically void this warranty. Defects in materials or workmanship that cause a covered product to fail during normal, intended outdoor use remain eligible for warranty coverage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact List Marine Solutions at support@listmarinesolutions.com.
Please include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the product and claimed defect.
We may request additional information or ask that the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
For approved warranty claims, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge, including standard replacement shipping within the contiguous United States.
Important Warranty Terms
This is a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
It applies only to the original purchaser and covers eligible products for their useful lifetime while owned by that purchaser. For purposes of this warranty, useful lifetime means the period during which the product remains capable of performing its intended function under normal use and maintenance, excluding deterioration resulting solely from ordinary wear and aging.
Coverage is not limited to a fixed number of years. However, this warranty does not guarantee that a product will last forever or cover failures unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty replacement products remain covered under the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty while owned by the original purchaser.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIST MARINE SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE A COVERED PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Installation & Use
Always verify that the product, mounting surface, hardware, and attached accessory are secure before use or operating the boat.
Follow the installation instructions supplied with the product. Do not over-tighten fasteners.
The boat owner/operator is responsible for determining that the installation and intended use are appropriate for the boat and accessory.
