TOONLOK™ 1-Year Limited Warranty

List Marine Solutions LLC | Effective August 2026

List Marine Solutions LLC warrants the original purchaser that ToonLok products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the ToonLok product to fail during normal, intended recreational use.
At our option, an eligible product will be repaired, replaced with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, or otherwise remedied as required by applicable law.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear, cosmetic changes, fading, scratches, discoloration, or other deterioration that does not prevent normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact, collision, improper storage, improper installation, or failure to follow installation or use instructions.
Damage caused by over-tightening fasteners or hardware.
Damage caused by modification, alteration, drilling, machining, heating, or other changes to the product, except where expressly instructed by List Marine Solutions.
Damage caused by loads, forces, accessories, or applications beyond the product's intended use.
Damage to boats, electronics, fishing equipment, accessories, personal property, or other products used with ToonLok.
Lost or missing products, hardware, or accessories.
Commercial, rental, charter, competitive, or other unusually intensive use unless expressly approved in writing by List Marine Solutions.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact List Marine Solutions at support@listmarinesolutions.com. Include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the product and claimed defect. We may request additional information or ask that the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.

Important Warranty Terms

This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. It applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the original purchase date. Warranty service does not automatically restart or extend the original one-year warranty period, except where required by applicable law.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIST MARINE SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE A TOONLOK PRODUCT.

Installation & Use

Always verify that the ToonLok product, mounting surface, hardware, and attached accessory are secure before operating the boat. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the product. Do not over-tighten fasteners. The boat owner/operator is responsible for determining that the installation and intended use are appropriate for the boat and accessory.
