TOONLOK Kayak Track AT – Pontoon Accessory Track

The TOONLOK Kayak Track AT brings the versatility of narrow kayak-style accessory track to compatible wider pontoon fence assemblies. It's designed for pontoon owners who want to use compatible fishing and boating accessories that mount with the narrow track style commonly associated with fishing kayaks and aftermarket T-bolt/T-nut mounting systems.

The AT version is designed for compatible pontoon fencing where the exterior sheathing extends all the way to the top of the rail, making the complete fence/rail assembly wider than 1.25 inches and up to approximately 1.5 inches wide.

Kayak Track AT = AT pontoon-fence mounting base + narrow kayak-style accessory track on top.

Please note: “Kayak Track” describes the accessory-track interface on top of this product. It is designed to mount to compatible pontoon fencing, not to a kayak.

Kayak Track vs. Standard TOONLOK 3-Inch Track

Both product families mount to compatible pontoon fencing, but they accept different styles of track-mounted accessories:

• Standard TOONLOK ST/AT Track: Provides TOONLOK's 3-inch-wide marine accessory track interface, designed for TOONLOK accessories and many compatible accessories from Bert's Custom Tackle, Traxstech, and similar 3-inch marine track systems.
• TOONLOK Kayak Track ST/AT: Provides a much narrower kayak-style accessory track interface, commonly used with compatible T-bolt/T-nut style fishing and boating accessories.

Kayak Track does not accept standard TOONLOK 3-inch track accessories. If that's what you want to use, choose the standard TOONLOK AT Track instead.

What Is Kayak-Style Accessory Track?

Kayak-style accessory track is a narrow marine accessory mounting track used with compatible sliding T-bolt/T-nut style mounting hardware. It's commonly associated with fishing kayaks, but compatible accessories and aftermarket mounting hardware are widely available for fishing and boating applications. TOONLOK Kayak Track AT brings this accessory-mounting format to compatible wider pontoon fencing.

AT Track Fit

TOONLOK Kayak Track AT is designed for pontoon fencing where:

1. The exterior fence sheathing extends all the way to the top of the rail.
2. The complete fence/rail assembly is wider than 1.25 inches.
3. The complete assembly is approximately 1.5 inches wide or less.

Some Avalon, Tahoe, and other pontoon models use this wider, full-height fence construction, but boat manufacturer alone does not determine fit. Fence construction and actual overall width determine whether ST or AT is right for you.

If your pontoon has exposed square upper fence tubing up to 1.25 inches wide, choose TOONLOK Kayak Track ST instead.

Choose the Correct Kayak Track Base

• Kayak Track ST: For most compatible standard pontoon fencing with exposed square upper tubing up to 1.25 inches wide.
• Kayak Track AT: For compatible pontoon fencing where exterior sheathing extends all the way to the top of the rail and makes the complete assembly wider than 1.25 inches and up to approximately 1.5 inches wide. Includes adjustable shims for proper fit.

ST versus AT determines how the Track fits your pontoon fence. Both versions provide the same narrow kayak-style accessory track on top.

Accessory Compatibility

TOONLOK Kayak Track AT is designed for many compatible kayak-style track accessories and compatible T-bolt/T-nut style mounting hardware. Accessory-track profiles, T-bolts, T-nuts, mounting hardware, and accessories vary between manufacturers, so compatibility is not guaranteed with every product marketed as a kayak-track accessory. Please verify your accessory's mounting requirements before ordering.

Adjustable Fit Shims

Kayak Track AT includes 3 adjustable fit shims. Use the included adjustable shims as necessary to eliminate unwanted side-to-side clearance and achieve a proper fit on compatible fence assemblies.

Installation

Kayak Track AT mounts around a compatible wider upper pontoon fence assembly using the included stainless-steel mounting hardware.

• Test-fit the Track before drilling or tightening any hardware.
• The Track should fit properly around the fence assembly without being forced, spread apart, or distorted.
• Use the included adjustable shims as necessary to eliminate unwanted side-to-side clearance and achieve a proper fit.
• Some pontoon models may require drilling with a 1/4-inch drill bit (not included).
• Before drilling, inspect both sides of the fence for wiring, cables, and other obstructions.
